These terms cover your use of this website (zapyasync.ai) and the Zapya Sync AI software you download from it, published by Dewmobile USA Inc. ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the software, you agree to these terms.
The software
Zapya Sync AI is a desktop app (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu/Linux) that backs up your phone's photos and videos to your own computer over your local Wi-Fi network, then lets you search, organize, and edit them with AI that runs on your own computer. A companion mobile app, when published, is distributed for Android as a direct APK download — check the downloads page for current availability; an iOS release is not yet available.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own use. Some features (currently marketed as "Advanced AI") are reserved for a paid tier, which is not fully available yet.
Beta software
The mobile app is a beta release, distributed by direct APK download (Android) rather than an app store listing, once a build is published. Beta software may contain bugs, may change without notice, and is provided without any guaranteed level of support.
Downloads from this site
Installers are provided "as is." Check the stated OS/version requirements on the download page before installing — we don't guarantee compatibility with systems outside those requirements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the software to violate someone else's privacy or legal rights;
- Reverse engineer the software beyond what applicable law permits;
- Redistribute a modified build while representing it as an official, unmodified Zapya Sync AI release.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The software and this website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or this site.
Termination
We may discontinue or change the software or this site at any time. These terms remain in effect for as long as you use the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dewmobile USA Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app and site evolve. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
